If you're a good fit, you pay for your first month and book your initial appointment. No payment is taken before eligibility is confirmed.

Our weight management program is led by Dr Melissa Beitner, a specialist doctor with extensive training and experience in medical weight management. We are committed to person-centred care and helping you achieve results the right way, in a non-judgemental and compassionate environment.

Dietitian, psychology, and exercise physiology referrals are an additional cost to the program fee. Pharmacy dispensing costs for any prescribed medication are also separate. Not necessarily. Our team reviews every application individually, and suitability depends on your clinical history, current health status, and other factors. We will always let you know the outcome. No payment is taken before eligibility is confirmed.
No referral is required. You can apply directly through the intake form and our clinical team will reach out to you directly. Please note Medicare rebates do not apply to this program.
Your program fee covers access to your obesity medicine specialist. A prescription for weight management medication will be provided if clinically appropriate — this is not automatic for every patient, and pharmacy dispensing costs are separate to the program fee. Referrals to a dietitian or psychologist are also available, at an additional cost.
Once you're accepted and have paid for your first month, you'll schedule your first appointment. Consultations are available via telehealth video consult or in-person, whichever suits you best. Ongoing monthly reviews are included in your subscription.
Yes. You can cancel at any time. There are no lock-in contracts and no cancellation fees.
